How many glasses of water that you drink per day? One glass? Three? Or five? Actually, people should drink water at least eight glasses of water since it is very important to human body. However, what you need to know more is that water is also essential to human brain, too.
For people who do not drink much water will have a problem about defecating system and they look older than they should be because of wrinkles. Furthermore, the worst thing is that the brain will be lacking of water state. This condition causes many disadvantages for your body, for instance; error decision, error thinking, muddled thinking, and being inactive.
Drinking a lot of fresh water will help brain be cheerful and enthusiastic because water enhances the brain working, remembering, and decreasing stress. Remember that brain cells just want fresh water not alcohol drinking or soft drink.
